Kenneth R. Wallentine, Esq., is a practicing attorney and an Administrative Law Judge in the State of Utah. He teaches at a Utah university and two community colleges. Wallentine also consults to instructors, curriculum writers, and librarians in copyright laws, curriculum development and presentation. In addition, he teaches an online course for Excelsior College of New York.
